Return Policy
A liquid cleaner with powerful bactericidal and virucidal agents for use in cleaning and sanitizing. Provides quick, easy cleaning and sanitizing for a wide variety of surfaces. Contains no perfumes so is non-tainting and therefore food safe.
May be used to clean and disinfect all hard surfaces including:

- Stainless steel surfaces

- Chopping boards
VIRABACT™ conforms to BS EN 14476 and is proven to be effective against enveloped viruses on non-porous hard surfaces, including all coronaviruses and SARS-CoV-2, ensuring inactivation of 99.99% of these pathogens after a contact time of 5 minutes.
Also tested to BS EN 1276 killing 99.999% of germs within 5 minutes and is effective against:
- Pseudomonas aeruginosa
- Staphylococcus aureus
- Enterococcus hirae
- Escherichia Coli
For maximum effect, VIRABACT™ should always be applied to a surface free from physical contamination.
- Free delivery on all orders over £200. Orders below this amount incur a delivery charge.

- Business customers using a courier will be charged for orders below £200.
- We reserve the right to amend delivery charges with prior consultation.
- Any issues (damaged/missing items) must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Returns for unwanted items are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days upon approval.
- Contact us at sales@lifehygiene.com to request a Customer Return Number (CRN). Returns without a CRN will not be refunded.
