Refund policy

Any issues (damaged/missing items) must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Returns for unwanted items are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days upon approval.

Contact us at sales@lifehygiene.com to request a Customer Return Number (CRN). Returns without a CRN will not be refunded.
