Refund policy

  • Any issues (damaged/missing items) must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Returns for unwanted items are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days upon approval.

  • Contact us at sales@lifehygiene.com to request a Customer Return Number (CRN). Returns without a CRN will not be refunded.
