Return Policy
An effective ready-to-use disinfectant, for use on most non-porous hard surfaces. Suitable for use in food preparation areas. Kills 99.99% bacteria, enveloped viruses and yeasts in 60 seconds. Conforms to EN1276, EN13727, EN13624, EN1650 (yeast), EN16615, EN14476 (enveloped viruses) and EN16777 (enveloped viruses).
- Free delivery on all orders over £200. Orders below this amount incur a delivery charge.
- Standard delivery time: 2-3 business days.
- Local business customers receiving direct delivery incur no charge.
- Business customers using a courier will be charged for orders below £200.
- We reserve the right to amend delivery charges with prior consultation.
- Any issues (damaged/missing items) must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Returns for unwanted items are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days upon approval.
