- To clean, sanitise and deodorise walls, floors, working surfaces, carpets, upholstery and bed linen in hospitals, doctor's surgeries, dentists and vets, kitchens, canteens and restaurants, washrooms, public places, swimming pools, sports clubs, supermarkets, shops, public transport and anywhere where clean, sanitary conditions are required.

- Free delivery on all orders over £200. Orders below this amount incur a delivery charge.
- Standard delivery time: 2-3 business days.
- Local business customers receiving direct delivery incur no charge.
- Business customers using a courier will be charged for orders below £200.
- We reserve the right to amend delivery charges with prior consultation.
- Any issues (damaged/missing items) must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Returns for unwanted items are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days upon approval.
