Return Policy
- A general purpose disinfectant with a clean smelling pine fragrance, effective against a range of pathogenic organisms which is safe and non-tainting.
- Contains a quaternary ammonium bactericide which conforms to BS6424 Grade QAP 30.
- Ideal for the general disinfection of floors, lavatories and walls in schools, nursing homes, offices, vets, medical centers and factories etc.
- Free delivery on all orders over £200. Orders below this amount incur a delivery charge.
- Standard delivery time: 2-3 business days.
- Local business customers receiving direct delivery incur no charge.
- Business customers using a courier will be charged for orders below £200.
- We reserve the right to amend delivery charges with prior consultation.
- Any issues (damaged/missing items) must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Returns for unwanted items are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days upon approval.
