Specially Formulated Heavy Duty Hard Surface Cleaner

A specially formulated food safe heavy duty hard surface cleaner designed for the most arduous of tasks – the cleaning of hard surfaces in a wide variety of industrial environments – including the food processing industry, where its main use is the removal of fatty and protein deposits.

Its high alkali levels along with its combination of amphoteric and non-ionic surfactants ensure rapid removal of most types of soiling, including rubber from factory floors. It may be used in both high-pressure washers and steam cleaners.

Caution: This product is not suitable for use on aluminium surfaces.

Directions for Use

• General cleaning and degreasing: Dilute at 1:50 with warm water, wipe over with a brush or a cloth and rinse with cold water.
• Heavy grease & burnt on deposits-soaking: Fill vessel with a 1:25 solution, leave to soak for 30 minutes, then clean in the normal way.
• Heavy grease & burnt on deposits: Use 1:10 or neat depending on the degree of soiling. Wipe over with a brush or a cloth and rinse with cold water. Depending on the surface, it may be necessary to rinse with a mild acidic solution to neutralize residual caustic.

Safe on stainless steel but will discolor or damage aluminum utensils and surfaces.
