A manual high-active pot washing detergent containing an effective bactericide to kill micro-organisms and prevent cross-infection. The product has efficient degreasing properties and may be used for cleaning food storage areas and preparation surfaces.
- Complies with EN 1276 when used neat with a 5-minute contact time. Effective against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus hirae.
- Ideal for manual washing of kitchen utensils, cooking vessels and crockery. Food-safe.
