- Conforms to BS4034 for vitrified hotelware quality standard for durability in use
- Made from specially selected clays for brighter white to give great presentation that's practical compared to other porcelain alternatives
- Durable glaze prolongs the life of the product and improves stain resistance
- Temperature range: -40 to 250C
- Free delivery on all orders over £200. Orders below this amount incur a delivery charge.
- Standard delivery time: 2-3 business days.
- Local business customers receiving direct delivery incur no charge.
- Business customers using a courier will be charged for orders below £200.
- We reserve the right to amend delivery charges with prior consultation.
- Any issues (damaged/missing items) must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Returns for unwanted items are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days upon approval.
