Ensure proper temperature monitoring in your commercial kitchen with our ETI log books. Each fridge freezer or cold cabinet should have its own log book, containing six months' worth of record sheets with a wipe-clean cover.
- Each log book allows for three readings per day
- Record the temperature, time, and initials of the person responsible
- Available in singles or a pack of 10

- Free delivery on all orders over £200. Orders below this amount incur a delivery charge.

- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days upon approval.
