Product Guidance and Care:
Our stainless steel Gastronorms are easy to clean, hygienic, and extremely durable. If looked after correctly they can last a lifetime. It's strongly advised, after use, any excess food is removed to prevent staining. Once, the dishwashing cycle has ended the item must be removed and dried immediately.
- Free delivery on all orders over £200. Orders below this amount incur a delivery charge.
- Standard delivery time: 2-3 business days.
- Local business customers receiving direct delivery incur no charge.
- Business customers using a courier will be charged for orders below £200.
- We reserve the right to amend delivery charges with prior consultation.
- Any issues (damaged/missing items) must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Returns for unwanted items are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days upon approval.
- Contact us at sales@lifehygiene.com to request a Customer Return Number (CRN). Returns without a CRN will not be refunded.
